1. Shipping Rates:
We offer standard shipping rates based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. Our website will automatically calculate the shipping cost at checkout.

2. Shipping Time:
Our oder cut off time is 12pm and orders will be shipped the same day for delivery the following day. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped on Monday morning.

3. Shipping Method:
We ship all orders via Evri next day delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can track your package.

4. Shipping Restrictions:
We regret that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Additionally, we cannot ship outside of the United Kingdom.

5. Shipping Guarantee:
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
